Upon arrival in O.R Tambo International Airport, our representative will greet you at the airport for your travel to the beautiful Sandton Lodge that is just 30 minutes from the airport for check-in. Afternoon at leisure

Apartheid & Hector Pieterson Museum and Nelson Mandela House
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a tour of Johannesburg and Soweto. We will visit the historic Apartheid museum which is the pre-eminent museum in the world dealing with 20th century South Africa, at the heart of which is the apartheid story. Next we will travel to Soweto to the Hector Pieterson Memorial in Soweto to commemorate the role of the country ‘s students struggle against apartheid. This site are just a few blocks from where 12-year old Hector Pieterson was shot in 1976. We will then journey to the home of Nelson Mandela where he lived after his release from prison in 1990. Finally, to end the day we will travel to the famous Regina Mundi church where it played it’s an instrumental landmark during apartheid.

Cradle of Humankind
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a day tour of Cradle of human kind. The Cradle of Humankind is a World Heritage Site first named by UNESCO in 1999, about 50 kilometers northwest of Johannesburg. The name Cradle of Humankind reflects the fact that the site has produced a large number, as well as some of the oldest, hominin fossils ever found, some dating back as far as 3.5 million years ago.

Safari in a Kruger National Park private game reserve
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a +-5 hour scenic drive to Kapama Game Reserve (or similar) in Kruger. Upon arrival at Kapama Game Reserve and unpacking, we set out on an afternoon game drive in hopes of seeing rhino and other “Big Five” wildlife.

Kapama Private Game Reserve
After breakfast, under the masterful guidance of our guide, we set out early, to see if we can locate some of the amazing big five rhinos, elephants, lions, leopards, as well as a myriad of other creatures. As the sun rises, we focus our attention on the vast diversity of plants, insects and small creatures that serve a vital function in the ecosystem. Concluding with a tasty brunch, we have some down time in the afternoon for some siesta before going out on another game drive this evening. We overnight at Kapama Game Reserve. All meals included. Safari Game Drive: 3–4+ hours.

Kapama Private Game Reserve
After breakfast, we continue on our journey again under the masterful guidance of our guide for a remarkable drive to see if we can locate some of the amazing big five rhinos, elephants, lions, leopards along with other amazing aminals. After the game drive you will be able to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the park. Overnight at Kapama Game Reserve. All meals included. Safari Game Drive: 3–4+ hours.

Welcome to the Mother City Cape Town
Our representative will meet you at the lodge for one last morning game drive and then have a breakfast. After breakfast and checking-out you will leave Kruger heading by road back to Johannesburg. From here, a direct flight takes us to the southern tip of the continent to the magnificent city of Cape Town where you will arrive at Cape Town International Airport. Nestled at the foot of Signal Hill, one of Cape Town’s famous landmarks, this boutique guest house combines friendly service with luxurious accommodation. Each of the guest units, as well as all public areas, is comfortably furnished with modern furnishings. After unpacking you will enjoy an afternoon of leisure so you can begin to know the city. Drive: 5 hours; Flight: 2.5 hours.

Robben Island & Table Mountain Tour
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a Robben Island and Table Mountain Tour. Robben Island used primarily as a prison where Indigenous African leaders, Muslim leaders from the East Indies, Dutch and British soldiers and civilians, women, and anti- apartheid activists, including South Africa’s first democratic President, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela and the founding leader of the Pan Africanist Congress, Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe, were all imprisoned on the Island. After Robben island you will travel to the majestic Table Mountain which lies at the southern point of Africa for a trip up to the top of the mountain to see the amazing coastline and the city of Cape Town. Overnight at Point B Guest House. Breakfast included. Note: Weather to Robben island and Table Mountain is notoriously unpredictable and the guides may adjust the itinerary for this reason. Township Tour
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a Bo-Kaap, District Six Museum and Langa tour. You will visit a cultural-rich Bo-Kaap quarter; do a walking tour viewing Parliament, St Georges Cathedral and Company Gardens. Next you will travel to District Six Museum, originally established as a mixed community of freed slaves, merchants, artisans, laborers and immigrants, District Six was vibrant centre with close links to the city and the port. By the beginning of the twentieth century, however, the process of removals and marginalization had begun. The first to be ‘resettled’ were black South Africans, forcibly displaced from the District in 1901. Finally, you will finish the tour with a trip into Langa’s township which is the oldest township in South Africa. The name Langa literally means ‘sun’ in Xhosa, the name of the township is derived from the name of Langalibalele -a chief and renowned rainmaker who in 1873 was imprisoned on Robben Island for rebelling against the Natal government. After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a Cape Peninsula tour. On this day you will experience the Cape Point Tour, which is the most popular tour in Cape Town. It’s a tour of breathtaking beauty majestic scenery and spectacular views. Highlights of the tour include: Sea Point, Clifton Beach, Camps Bay, and Hout Bay Harbour. Additional option (at your own account) is a boat trip to Seal Island Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point and Boulders Penguin Colony. Victoria & Alfred Waterfront
After breakfast, our representative will meet you at the hotel for a day of shopping at the waterfront and surrounding areas such as Green Point Market. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in the historic heart of Cape Town’s working harbour is South Africa’s most-visited destination, having the highest rate of foreign tourists of any attraction in the country. Overnight at Point B Guest House. Breakfast included.
