Payment Conditions

A deposit of 50% confirms the booking For manual and direct bookings, we will only hold the room provisionally for 48 hours. If no payment is received before then, the room will be released.

Full payment must be received for all bookings prior to arrival.

If Paying via EFT, Deposit must reach Point B within 5 working days to guarantee booking. Proof of Payment must be sent to us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express with a 3% bank charge (applicable to items purchased at the Point B establishment). We DO NOT accept Cash Deposit

**Please note that bookings for Point B has a minimum of 2nights stay during Peak Season 1 November – 31 January. In Special situation if a 1 night is needed we will do our best to accommodate our guests.

Please note these Payment Conditions does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking or Agent Bookings.
