Terms & Conditions

For manual and direct bookings, we will only hold the room provisionally for 48 hours. If no payment is received before then, the room will be released. NOTE: NO SAME DAY BOOKING.

Standard arrival time is 14h00 and departure time is 11h00. Early Check fee is R100 and is based on hotel availability at time of check-in. CHECK-OUT: 11h00 (Late Check-out fee is R100 after 12h00 and a full night’s rate if guest stay after 15h00) *Luggage storage is available with our front desk team, at no cost for guest that has later flights.

A deposit of 50% confirms the booking.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

All guest much follow hotel COVID-19 Protocols in place.

Please note these Terms & Conditions does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking or Agent Bookings.

Please note that parking is a premium in this area, so please be aware as we will try to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please let us know if parking is required during booking.

Child Policy

We take children age 9 and over as they will be charged as adults.

The Best!

I will definitely be back again.
The location was ideal for us. The staff is accommodating and willing. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spacious and comfortable. The dining and lounge area was tastefully furnished

Recommended Comfortable rooms, great service, and an outstanding breakfast... The manager, Chimnese is constantly available to attend to any needs. A well-located B&B within easy walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. Although we arrived by taxi (and by motorcycle on another occasion) and were not affected by it, the parking is limited.
